The mission of the American Tobiano Overo Association (ATOA) is to register, protect, and promote Tobiano American Paint Horses through accurate pedigree documentation, performance-focused programs, education, and opportunities that support breeders, owners, competitors, and youth interested in the Tobiano pattern.

ATOA exists to serve the Paint Horse industry by safeguarding the pedigree integrity of the American Paint Horse Tobiano, promoting functional performance horses, educating future leaders, and creating sustainable opportunities for breeders, owners, and competitors of Tobiano American Paint Horses.
